ACTS administration moves to new premises in Perth's northern suburbs. The new premises in Balcatta provide improved work areas for our Executive Management Team, administration staff, more space for records storage and room for growth. The administrative functions of ACTS, ACTS Corporation, IDAT and Aerospace Operations Australia will all be delivered from the Balcatta office.

GemaSim Leadership and People Management Training Simulation

A tool for the development of self-management and interpersonal skills

What is GemaSim?

GemaSim is a computer-based ‘Non-Technical Skills’ training and assessment tool, which focuses on team performance and leadership techniques under pressure. It’s all about effective personal and team behaviour, and about recognising and using appropriate Behavioural Markers.
